Grover Norquist - The man who wants to "drown government in the baththub" and to socially roll back the U.S. to pre-1900

Grover Norquis: This crazy guy, an unelected lobbyist, but with the power to block all of the "supercommittee" on the U.S. budget, wants to take the U.S. back to before Teddy Roosevelt, i.e. the 19th century, like all of the Tea Party market fascists:
"Norquist favors dramatically reducing the size of the government. He has been noted for his widely quoted quip: "I don't want to abolish government. I simply want to reduce it to the size where I can drag it into the bathroom and drown it in the bathtub." Journalist William Greider quotes him saying his goal is to bring America back to what it was `up until Teddy Roosevelt, when the socialists took over. The income tax, the death tax, regulation, all that.`"
